This is actually good sometimes when you are in a hurry or broke.
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 med onion chopped
garlic powder
2 tbsp flour
1+ cups of milk
salt and black pepper
toasted bread
Brown the ground beef with the onions. Add oil if needed, or pour some off so that you have 2 tablespoons oil. Add the flour and brown it quickly with the meat and onions. Then add the milk, start with 1 cup and let it boil and thicken, add more to thin to the desired consistency. Spoon on top of toast and enjoy. Tip: salt and lots of black pepper. Warm up some greens or broccoli to go with it, or have a salad.
