Easy Chicken Pot Pie

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mixed vegetables
1 can biscuits
1 cup cooked chicken meat
1/2 med onion diced
2 tbsp diced celery
2 tbsp oil
black pepper

Preheat oven to 400.
Brown onion and celery in oil and add chicken.
Brown lightly, add soup, and black pepper and 1/2 can water or milk. Stir well and add drained vegetables. Lower heat.
(Note: you can use leftover veggies or cook your own potatos and carrots and use them instead of using mixed veggies.)
Open the biscuits. Put the chicken mixture in a 2 qt casserole or baking dish. Flatten the biscuits to about 1/2 as thick and put on top of the chicken mix. (Note:extra biscuits that won't fit on top can be put on the bottom - but you have to figure that out ahead of time)
Bake 15-20 minutes till biscuits are browned and sauce is bubbly.
