This is made on stove top instead of oven or grill
2 servings of: fresh chicken parts or cooked frozen chicken meat
1 Bottle favorite bbq sauce.
If chicken is fresh sear the outside in a little oil.
If chicken is frozen unwrap and put frozen meat in pan.
Add 1/2 cup water, and a tad of chicken bullion if you want. Tip: buy the granulated bullion in a jar it is easier to use just a little of it than the cubes.
Bring to boil. Cover. Lower heat to simmer. Simmer 15-20 min.
Add, bbq sauce to taste but at least enough to cover the bottom of the pan.
There should be about 1/4 cup of water left, if not add a few tablespoons.
Cover and simmer for 10-15 min. It is done when the chicken is done at the bone (if it had any).
If you need to cook the chicken longer, add more water when the bbq sauce starts to thicken and stick too much but a little sticking tastes good.
Microwave. Put chicken in mw dish with a table spoon of water and cover. You can use the frozen cooked chicken meat unthawed, (but whole raw parts should be thawed first. You can thaw them in the microware then -) Follow instructions for microwaving the desired amount of chicken. About half way through add bbq sauce. You may need to pour off some extra liquid from the chicken before adding the sauce. Finish cooking until the chicken is done.
