Meatloaf

1 lb ground beef
1/2 med onion diced
stalk celery diced
2 slices bread crumbs (you can crumble it up easier when it is frozen)
1 can tomato soup
1 egg
1 tsp beef bullion
Italian seasoning (or pinch each:thyme,basil,oregano)

Preheat oven 350
Put the ground beef in a big bowl. Reserve 1/2 the can of soup and add everything else to the bowl. Mix well. Put in pan, spread other 1/2 soup over top. bake 30-45 min

Variations:
TVP. If you want you can use 1/2 lb ground beef and TVP. Put 2/3 cup TVP in bowl first, add 2/3 cup of hot water, and bullion. Let soak 15 min then add beef and proceed as above.
Can also add cheese - but too much makes it greasy and burns and sticks.
