2 servings chicken meat
1 cup broccoli chopped
1/2 c water
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
2-3 oz grated cheddar cheese
1.5 c rice
Put meat (if still frozen) with broccoli (fresh or frozen) in 1/2 c water in pan. Bring to boil, steam with lid on for 10 min. Add the soup and the milk, stir well. When it is slightly thickened and the broccoli is done, add the cheese, and stir until the cheese is melted. Add salt and pepper. Add more cheese if you like it cheesier.
At this point you can:
1) serve over cooked brown rice
2) mix with cooked rice and bake in a casserole for 20-25 min at 350.
3) mix with cooked rice and microwave
