1/2 lb ground turkey
1-2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
Heat oil in skillet med-hi. Gently form meat into 1/2" thick patties. (They don't shrink like beef) don't compress. Put meat in hot oil and sear both sides quickly. Add butter and w.sauce and lower heat to low. Fry 7-10 min until brown and done in the center.
