Fried Rice
This is a very flexible dish made from:
1 c leftover rice
2 tbsp oil
1/2 sliced onion
1 stalk celery cut on bias
bell pepper strips
grated carrot
Any other leftover vegetables that will go with it. And any leftover meat that you might have - cut up small.
1 egg
dash garlic powder
curry powder to taste
dash soy sauce
Brown vegetables in oil, add rice and fry a little. It will start to stick so add some soy sauce, seasonings, and a beaten egg. stir fry quickly until egg is done.
serve with more soy sauce.
